Previous Position: From 1983 to 1987, Dr. Liu has been doing information searching and analysis work at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Past Projects: A Study on the Development Project of Pearl River Delta Economic Region, Guangdong; A Study on the Development Plan of the East and West Region of Guangdong; A Study on the Initial Stages of ¡° Fifteenth-Year Plan¡± of Guangdong. And Dr. Liu had done research on some other important projects of Guangdong Province.

Major activities: Dr. Liu was one of the members to prepare and organize daily work for Policy Group Meeting of China¡¯s Enterprise Joint Conference under APEC held by China¡¯s State Economy and Trade Committee and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
